Streaming video does not work

Have tested on iPad Air with iOS 9.3.1 and iPhonee 5S with 7.0.4. If you try to stream video, it will show an ad (which works perfectly…) and then display a message saying “We are experiencing a technical issue, sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again in a few minutes.” Streaming video has been broken for months and they have made no effort to resolve these issues.
